Premier Leasing Securities Broking Limited was incorporated with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) vide registration no.C-30363(1579)1996 with effect from 1996 as a private limited company limited by shares having its registered office at Room # 220, DSE Annex Building (1st Floor), 9/E, Motijheel C/A, Dhaka-1000 under the Companies Act 1994. The Company is to be engaged with the business of Trading Right Entitlement Certificate (TREC) in favour of any person as may be required to be admitted for the purpose of running the business of the exchange and to deal as stock or broker business in accordance BSEC (Trading Right Entitlement Certificate) Rules, 2020 and Dhaka Stock Exchange (Administration of Trading Right Entitlement Certificate) Regulations, 2020 and relevant laws, rules & regulations issued by respective authorities. Our DSE TREC No is 136 & DP Code is 24200.
